Selection of Production Reliability Indicators for Project Simulation Model

Due to technological enhancements, traditional, qualitative decision-making methods are usually replaced by data-driven even in smaller companies. Process simulation is one of these solutions, which can help companies avoid costly failures as well evaluate positive or negative effects. The reason for this paper twofold: first, authors conducted a Quality Function Deployment analysis find the most vital reliability indicators field production scheduling. importance was acquired from meta-analysis papers published major journals. found 3 be important: mean time between failure (MTBF), repair and downtime. second part research implementation stochastic environment: possible means application proposed, confirming finding with case study 100 products must produced. database created analyzed terms KPIs, such quantity, total process efficiency production. results show that calculating issues during negotiation deadline supports business excellence.
